When to consider climate control storage:

We suggest climate control when you choose that you want to work or visit your storage unit and not be bothered by the exterior/outside temperature. Other times to consider climate; when you are storing items for a long period of time, 6 months to a year or longer. Valuables that you are concerned may melt, i.e. candles, CD's, DVD's - plus damaging effects of heat and cold on electronics. Also consider climate when storing antiques to prevent glue from drying out from the change of climate. Also consider climate for pianos, artwork, or large book collections. When in doubt call us with your storage needs, we will give you our recommendations if climate control fits your needs. Climate control is not always needed, but may be based on your storage needs. Again feel free to consult with one of our storage experts. Climate control is available in all sizes 5x5 through 10x30, excluded 10x35 and 10x40.
