Phase II is currently under construction, this site currently has over 400 rental units, ranging from 5x5 size units all the way to our largest units, 10x40, along with RV, auto, and boat parking. Based on the current rental demand this facility will double in size. We will go from our current 400 units to over 800 units. Making this the single largest, locally owned storage facility in Hampton Roads on the Peninsula. All site work has been completed and four of our seven buildings have been completed (see picture) with the balance to be completed by the spring of 2012.

What’s New
All new buildings come standard with standing seam roofs, oversize rain gutters, less chance for leaks, this is the Cadillac roofing system in the industry, ball bearing easy open doors. All units are insulated. This facility will also have climate control units. One of the only or few facilities that will accept tractor trailer deliveries. All of these changes are put in place to give you the most state of the art/safe and affordable storage facility in the area.
